Christmas FAQ’s

During the festive period, is the Christmas menu the only menu available?
Our ALC menu is available daily for tables of 6 or less.

Is there a vegetarian menu/options?
Our menu can be amended to suit our vegetarian guests

Is there a vegan menu/options?
Our menu can be amended to suit our vegan guests.

Is there a GF menu/options?
Yes

Is there a children’s menu?
Yes

How far in advance do I need to book?
As Christmas is such a popular time, it is advisable to book as far in advance as possible.

Can you walk in during the festive period or is it bookings only?
Of course you can! Although there may be a wait at peak times.

When booking for 7+ guests, does everyone have to dine from the Christmas menu?
Individual guest choices can be amended 72 hours in advance of your booking by calling the restaurant. This is to ensure that we have full availability of dishes and can serve our guests in a timely manner as our food is cooked to order.

When making a group booking can guests change meal options or is this final?
Yes, this is to ensure that we have full availability of dishes and can serve our guests in a timely manner as our food is cooked to order.

How do you change/amend bookings?
You may cancel your booking online and select an alternative date or restaurant. Please call the restaurant to amend individual guest choices for your booking pre-order.

What happens after you have completed your booking?
You will receive a confirmation email detailing the date & time of your booking and all menu choices for your party.

Do we get an order confirmation?
Yes , there is also a copy of your pre-order to take with you to the restaurant.

Can we add/remove guests from the party?
The number of guests within your party can be reduced up to 72hrs in advance of your booking. We will make every effort to accommodate an increase in your party size, however, this will be dependent on availability.

What if a guest does not show up on the day?
Credit card details are taken to secure and confirm your booking, rest assured, your card details will be held securely and no charge will be made.

Do you charge service charge?
There is 10% optional service charge.

When do guests pay for their meal?
The final bill is presented at the end of your meal.
